找到解决方案了！ 在系统偏好设置里面：  把Bob打上对勾就可以了！ see solution above ↑ check the checkbox in system preference safety panel

使用ss在终端翻墙可以用proxychains4实现 (10.11需要进recovery模式执行csrutil enable --without debug命令才能用 proxychains4 )
