Cloudflare rep on [the thread](https://community.cloudflare.com/t/1-1-1-1-with-wireguard-not-masque-is-not-picking-up-warp-unlimited-subscription/797012/9) says the bug is purely cosmetic (shows warp=on but traffic is flowing through plus), will be fixed in the coming weeks
