There isn't anything related to Tweakeroo in that log during joining the world. What exactly happens then?
And now just taking out Tweakeroo from the mods folder fixes it and allows it to load again? Does this happen in every world or just one world?
But did you try taking out Tweakeroo now? And I have no idea what PCL2 is.
Without anything in the logs and no more information to go on, the only possible solution I can give is to not use Tweakeroo. Or try with a different launcher...
