[Suggestion] Improving Breaking Restriction Mode controls

Instead of having to come up with five different keybinds just for switching between the breaking restriction modes, you should instead only have to scroll through them while holding the toggle key for breaking restriction tweak.

This was added 1.5 years ago in the main development code in 1.12.2, I think in this commit: 4a0284a534ebecbc02fc6e16ecd871e2d8e83e2a
