Implemented as a (Frink) function in units.txt, ignored by the frinj parser.

Currently the CLJS port uses the (now deprecated) lein-cljsbuild 'crossover' functionality. It would be preferable to move Frinj to a recent lein-cljsbuild and use CLJX instead.

The frink parser is very slow, have another look at it

Support Elasticsearch 6.x (and 5.x to the extent it makes sense)

Keep the repo clean when running demos and using the library as a submodule.
