mostRecentPublishedMessageId() returns the first PublishedMessageId instead of the last

That's not needed due `typeName` is **unique** in `PublishedMessageTracker` table. The goal is _track_ only the last `id` per `typeName` not the history of tracks.

Base EventSourcing classes.
