No longer works in Chrome 32+

As of Chrome 32 there is no Custom.css anymore (https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=318566). I've tried porting the application to the new standards using this Stack Overflow thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21207474/custom-css-has-stopped-working-in-32-0-1700-76-m-google-chrome-update but that's sadly not working....
