This MR fixes issues #38 and #73
This version includes fetching countries' flags instead of Polidea's employees' faces with Retrofit. I haven't implemented all the things you mentioned in comments yet, but most of them are done....
I replaced Chuck Norris with profile pictures of Polidea employees. New coverflow shows all the avatars.
