Eh I thought this was still an issue. It shouldnt' be. But gosh enqueueing a job from a serializer that triggers a refresh, making the serializer run again potentially enqueueing...
@martin-brennan my biggest worry with this PR is that it allows for enqueueing the same webhook events multiple times for redelivery (i.e. you refresh the page and press `redeliver` again...
