Learning from the MTY device, remove the non-public routine usage of tmxr_input_pending_ln() from DPK and TK10 devices

Build produces this (likely minor) error message: touch: invalid date format '197403067415.11' The error is reasonable since 74 is not a reasonable number of hours in a day.
