Now 2.0 is out and the influx-client official library still doesn't have `async` support, should this library be compatible with v2 ?
What is the plan to fix this issue? Why wasn't the PR accepted? As it stands Windows users cannot use packages that use thirftpy, e.g. happybase, because they import thriftpy...
I found one can get around the error by specifying `linux-x64` in the `.csproj` in both the worker and referenced console project..
FWIW I have found using a 128x128 image with some padding to work well - it is scaled automatically for other resolutions.
While an .ico file contains multiple (I use Gimp to create mine) all the methods to create `System.Drawing.Icon` from an .ico choose only one of those images. I suspect Windows...

OK I tried my solution above in parallel and it hung on the after generating a few pdf's. I am curious to know why - what it could it possibly...
@ralftar hmm afraid I only have what I remember to go with - my problem was some timing issue - something to do with ensuring the document was downloaded first...
