How to add multiple TableFilters

I'm not 100% sure what I did since it's been so long, but I think I just used one init() and used jQuery to translate the fields that I needed...

ERROR: Cannot install launch==0.1.0, launch==0.1.1, launch==0.1.2 and launch==0.1.3 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
