I have been seeing it consistently in the last few days too, it's not stopping us working but it's pretty inconvenient.

The dragStart / dragEnd fix doesn't work for me on Safari iOS12. Is there no way around this at all?

I encountered this and found it much too difficult to work around, so ended up moving to the new version of Google reCaptcha

Same issue here - 2.0.2 is working fine
