Hi, this repo hasn't been updated in years. I suggest you download my fork of this, [AutoHotkey Plus Plus](https://github.com/mark-wiemer/vscode-autohotkey-plus-plus). You can change the path in the settings in my fork...
You can find all settings specific to the AutoHotkey Plus Plus extension by searching "AHK++" in the settings menu. There are three, the one you are looking for is "Execute...
Hey, I know it's been a year, but I've just gotten into AHK scripting. I've found this tool to be quite useful, but I really only want to write AHK...

Hey I'm just curious, where is the adware? I just installed this and didn't notice anything weird. What's it called and where does it install?
The adware is "Web Companion" and it can be found and uninstalled through the standard Windows menu. Ref https://www.reddit.com/r/AutoHotkey/comments/yy5ovn/warning_pullovers_macro_recorder_has_malware. And here's the [GitHub Acceptable Use Policies](https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/acceptable-use-policies/github-acceptable-use-policies)
FYI, I'm working on fixing this in https://github.com/mark-wiemer/adware-free-macro-creator. No promises!
