Frankly I don't know, CPU detection seems to have changed between 29.0.0 and 29.0.1 for powerpc Close this bug if you want I patch my Debian package for that.
Today I did a 29.0.0 rebuild and I see the same problem with 29.0.1 Also under Debian 29.0.0 powerpcel64 build fine https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=obs-studio&suite=sid

In Debian we still have powerpc packages in ports section https://www.debian.org/ports/powerpc/
Then close this bug.
Build fine with this patch under Debian unstable amd64
@tominglis gourmet is already packaged in Debian unstable/testing and the next stable. https://packages.debian.org/sid/gourmet
gourmet is now in Debian unstable/testing and seems to be available in Ubuntu https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=gourmet
Thanks but the goal is to have a working vsedit I'll try to hack .pro files and send a PR when ready.
