Add support for upgrading withdrawal credentials from ETH1 `0x01` to compounding `0x02`

Implement functionality to support [EIP-7804](https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7804)'s withdrawal credential update mechanism, allowing validators to transition from execution withdrawals (0x01) to compounding withdrawals (0x02).
