enable spanish lang and update readme

I attempted to rebase from master but it all went kaboom, so i have only made changes to the files I think are needed to get the Spanish translation enabled....

This branch is to update crowdin base branch, as it has some outdated documentation. I tried to merge without touching the configuration changes but it ended up in some chaos,...

I took the liberty to update the translation documentation a bit, removing the parts that I think are outdated and making more clear the steps needed to start translating.
