Same here, with device Coppernic C-One. Expected resolution is 1280x720, but received 640x480. The camera view is fullscreen, the screen has resolution 1280x720.

Thanks for your advice. If I understand it correctly, you think that I should initialize `Fotoapparat` instance in `cameraView.onSurfaceTextureAvailable` method? EDIT: Since `io.fotoapparat.CameraView` inherits from `FrameLayout` and the `SurfaceTexture` view...
