and just to mention it, this is definitely not a blocking topic or super important. with the answers of @skywind3000 (thanks buddy) I can work my way around if necessary....
maybe the preview window should always remember the window layout and restore it when the preview window is closed? what @skywind3000 does manually
I also need a "wait" option for the popup_menu() & Co. functions, to make them "synchronous".
