#page.size borks for certain AR relations (e.g., ordered by association attributes)

Is this still a problem with the newer versions of Rails? A fix was merged in Rails 5.2. https://github.com/rails/rails/commit/0e8d4edd56f44b27f33bd214aa03af60cc5d39ae

Use the gem without ActiveRecord
