This is deprecad ./cbffmpeg/libavresample/libavresample.a \ now is a swresample so need update ffmpeg version

I am test in server wit 2 cores and dont works with 2.2s to latency, i need measure this resources to slow upgrade server specs.

Codegen Performance, Benchmarck? Where i found?
