[ISSUE] `databricks_external_location.storage_root` results in an inconsistent final plan

Same here on `1.35.0`. Funny that the same / a similar error was already fixed last year #2335 ....

[ISSUE] Issue with `databricks_grants` resource - causes error "Error: unknown is not fully supported yet"

I noticed that issue when terraform plan forces replacement of the resource the grant was for e.g schema. Works fine when if there is no replacement.

Resource not accessible by integration (textDocument/hover and expand repository secrets)

Have the same issue on codespaces and it is becoming increasing annoying... The response code 403 suggest that the codespace is using token without the necessary rights. Simple test confirms...
