Probably this is due to unresolveable domain address of tracker in magnetlink. Eg `magnet:?xt=urn:btih:......&tr=http://`

I gave up after 4 hours. Kent logged to this server and he think it's bug.

I have the same observation, bch-rebalance only reads and doesn't do writes.
