Did you have any luck resolving this? I wasn't even able to connect using a direct shard endpoint (`blahblah-001.xyz.0001.use1.cache.amazonaws.com`). I don't have much experience with Redis and not entirely sure...

Hi @bato3 - how do you actually _get_ the API key though? I can't seem to find anything - is that in a settings menu somewhere?

I see - I define it, hard-code it into this extension, and then provide it when calling it from a remote script which confirms that it's valid. I'm with you....
