Kind of feels more `Internal` than `External` to me until we can verify why this error message occurred by looking at logs.

I think we can close. @kbecciv if you can follow up on @mountiny's last comment and repro this on a fresh account let's reopen.

@tjferriss I gave it a brief look - but it seems unrelated.

Quick heads up that the latest app versions are not yet available, but we are working on it.

All versions should be successfully updated now!

Hmm I believe so. I don't think there is a real `1.4.37-1` and that was just a quirk of the failed initial deploy - but double checking...

I am 99% certain that the 1.4.37-0 has everything 👍
