I think one solution to this issue is in discussion in Pull Requests : https://github.com/finish06/pyunifi/pull/70#issue-1096583226 However it is not yet in the Code.

Fix port power setting

I don't know about TLS but please update the code to fix the port power setting bug. Thanks.

get_rbi_ref_history not returning all the dates - BUG

Is there a known issue for PiServer being unresponsive upon launch?

Did you try reinstalling Piserver using the information of the readme "how to rebuild Piserver" ?
