Great idea. Would it be useful to be able to select any AWS region? Or cycle through a collection of regions defined in the config?

Added a toast for deployment starts. Probably want to go further with this issue but it's a start for more.

This is still a problem (on ECS instance types at least, I haven't tested fargate). Is there any progress? As it stands it makes this feature unviable for production which...
