The complete sequence of a human genome
At the moment the annotation is served as an uncompressed gff3 https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/human-pangenomics/T2T/CHM13/assemblies/annotation/chm13.draft_v2.0.gene_annotation.gff3 Would you consider serving a compressed version?
I noticed that for some of the epigenetics files that are linked here (https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/human-pangenomics/T2T/CHM13/assemblies/annotation/regulation), such as the file `chm13v2.0_CGI.bed`, the chromosome sizes seem to differ from the CHM13 2.0 coordinates....
