Okay, workaround from [other issue](https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/issues/2708#issuecomment-878206696 by manually copying files helped. That is still not documented on docu page :). So lets focus on the issue title, the missing grub.0 file.

Not sure if I can hijack this issue, or create another. It won't start installation neither RHEL7.x/8.x from cobbler installed, because dhcp.template is looking for filename "grub/grub.0"; which doesn't exists...
Blurines could be caused by DPI in Windows. Are you both using different value than 100%?

On Windows I get constant speed 930-970Mbps. On Linux maximum 93Mbps. Neither one suggested command helped here. Difference using mentioned commands were about 2-3Mbps. Doesn't matter which location I choose....
Made some improvements with switching from USB2.0 controller to USB3.1 in VMware Player.  
Its not a problem with KDE only, I believe. For example Vivaldi browser doesn't have window shadows on KDE and you can enable them with mentioned workaround. However that works...
