cnpm 设置了 私网内的registry地址（127.0.0.1:7001），无法下载。发现链接总是重定向到外网的源上

cnpmjs.org得config下面index.js配置已经完成。从外网源已经把库都导入到本地（看了nfs目录下是压缩包的形式），可以通过web访问到127.0.0.1:7002、但是其他客户端cnpm install一个nfs下面已经有的库的时候，总是会重定向到外网的源的目录上去。导致下载失败。这个是什么原因呢
