Packaged exe getting hang while opening.

I had open linked project in 4.6.1 and package it in windows x64. When I launch .exe it is hanged.

I had successfully load 3D model in Windows. Now I am trying it in Android.But unable to do it. How to load 3D model in Android?

I had made a project using VaQuoleUI plugin.I run perfectly in editor. When I package the game and run .exe it shows error. Error is: " The program can't start...
