The original issue has apparently been fixed in `esrap@2` and the expected result of the test mentioned above is better now.

> As a temporary workaround, you could use types from [`@typescript-eslint/typescript-estree`](https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint/tree/main/packages/typescript-estree). Although, this shouldn't go without saying that these types are not fully compatible. Those are just the closest types...
