I created few custom post types and add wp-markdown editor for them. Strange I am not getting error on the new install of wordpress 3.9.1 with default 'post' type.

@stephenharris sorry my mistake, the code was written inside a shorcode but markdownify don't consider this a code block so removed all indents inside it.... Is their any way around...
