For what it's worth, I have an updated package with this update available to install at `[email protected]`.

I'll hang around for a bit just in case someone's already done it and if nothing shows up, I'll publish the forked version over the weekend.

repo: https://github.com/mannyyang/vuetable-3 for any issues you want resolved. install the latest with `npm install vuetable-3`
