After focusing field, weird second scroll adjustments (video showing)

@alexyca use **autoFocus ={true}** on every field u can set it to true on next press of previous field

`com.android.installreferrer` is called in the main thread which leads to ANR

Any fix for this, we are also experiencing similar issue
