Gem does not work on Windows and latest version of Ruby 1.9.3 and Ruby 2.0.0

As Travis stopped being doing lot of builds for Open Source, should do linux builds somewhere else

Buttons for saving and loading database must go in upper corner, since it's popular stuff. But resource loading/reloading should go into some tab or even separate window, since never done...
