I already got some Attribute not found errors, probably depending on the order of the imports, so this is rather important than just a cosmetics thing.

After bringing together flask app and monitor, we now have two setting files: `web.config.py` and `monitor.settings.py`. Maybe those can unified somehow - if it's beneficial. Probably not.
