It should work when you change the font size in your phone settings. Usually apps use a set of standard font sizes, which are scaled automatically depending on the user...
Here's what I see with font size set to largest option: Doesn't it look something like that for you? What's your device? maybe it's a bug.

I think I've seen that before, but I hadn't managed to reproduce it either. It might be a library bug too. If you ever find a way to reproduce it...
