There has likely been some changes to the RMW APIs that rmw_dps_cpp is not up to date with. I suggest enabling debug logging by setting the the level to RCUTILS_LOG_SEVERITY_DEBUG...

@mauropasse, I wanted to give a short update on this one: the test failures I see related to the guard conditions appear to be in the rcl multithreaded executor code....

DPS itself doesn't do segmentation and reassembly. This could be done at the rmw_dps layer and potentially pushed down into DPS.
