@andyduong1920 These are 2 different issues indeed— they can be done independently I think 🤔 (starting with the assets pipeline improvement first, then configuring S3 later)

Yep, maybe we should use the NPM `i18n` package for running the export command... It might be more performance as well 😇 but this is at risk to duplicate the...

@carryall I just pushed a small fix so that the tests are passing again (see 9763ba7). Please `git pull` on your machine before addressing any change ;-)

@carryall should we update it as in EWA-Payroll as in the end, we had some issues with the code coverage when not run in the same workflow as the tests...?...

💯 Can we also update the `Getting Started` wiki page accordingly, so that we do not need to fix the current issue of "Run `bundle install` first` — it occurs...
