为啥omni的usdt 要进行 usdt的utxo的拆分啊, 为啥把它变小，每次提omni的时候都要拆分utxo 吗,拆分的时候提币的时候指向热钱包，零钱整理的时候指向feeAddress，为啥要这么做，拆分一定程度提高提币效率，但是总不能每次提币的时候都去拆分utxo吧
