I've never seen a lef file without that section but the manual says: If you omit the DATABASE MICRONS statement, a default value of 100 is recorded as the LEFconvertFactor...
@vvashish is it intentional that there is no database units specified in the lef?
You could already specify NPROC so now there are two different ways to do the same thing.
The only purpose of nproc is to set num cores so it isn't really useful by itself.
