What version of OR are you testing with? "HEAD of Master" is not descriptive at it changes constantly.
That commits is from last Nov. Please try with the current head.
I found it takes 19 minutes for me w/o the GUI. I don't think machine speed would explain it taking 3min for you. Are we running the same data?
I thought this problem appeared in your upgrade. Is there something new as it doesn't seem pdn has changed.
I don't know that there was an OR change to explain a prior false negative.

Are you referring to a stack trace on segv or some tcl stack trace on error?
Does this also work in you start OR and then do `source blah.tcl` or `source -echo blah.tcl`?
