I think I am facing the same issue. Ran the update this morning (nothing seems to have failed) and now the battery is stuck at 0% while it says "Estimating..."....

I am not able to downgrade or install another firmware, as a battery level of at least 25% is required to do that. I am not aware of a way...
Did someone find a way to downgrade the firmware?
