Improve world properties widget

actually wanted to add '+' and '-' signs instead of 'add' and 'remove' text to the add and remove buttons in the light tab but I realized the icons and were not centering so I just avoided it , if possible you could implement that ,the add.png and minus.png are still available in the icons folder
