"sometimes" it works after restarting the claude instance, fyi.
you need to clear; "env": { "CLAUDE_CODE_MAX_OUTPUT_TOKENS": "XXX", "MAX_THINKING_TOKENS": "ZZZ" } i dont think it relevant to remove this but it worked.
