You are right. I could reproduce the behavior. You should add "change workspace directory to root" in steps to reproduce the behavior. For other unwriteable paths than root, rnote does...

I agree with you that I rarely (probably never) switch tabs with that keyboard shortcut. I just reminded you about the conflict.

I think this is more useful while using a laptop or desktop with graphics tablet. Because, in that case, I can't rotate my device like a 2-in-1 laptop or tablet.
