@blewsky @dj12djdjs It is showing correct symbol on the latest version-13 please update to the latest version and let me know if it is still showing incorrect symbol. 
checkbox was moved out main row div container that must have broken few test/functionality

Issue is in wkhtmltopdf, not much we can do about it.
@jll-02 @vanukw already working on it. if all goes fine we can have it by the end of this month.
