Description is based on Wikidata item even when setting wikibase=Commons

When using columns=description together with wikibase=Commons the description is based on the Wikidata item with the Q-id that matches the numerical part of the M-id.

I.e. the description of Q21037022 is provided for M21037022.

Note that by contrast columns=label provides the correct label ("caption" on Commons) albeit linking to Wikidata (see #56)

Diging into this a bit more it looks like it is get_autodesc_description which is unaware that this object doesn't live on Wikidata.

Having had a think about what the expected behaviour is, description should probably always return a blank (or an error) since Structured data on Commons does not support it.
