To enable it on your wikipedia:

• Create a template with the name Wikidata list (or a local equivalent) on your wiki, and add it to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q19860885
• Create a template with the name Wikidata list end (or a local equivalent) on your wiki, and add it to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q19860887
• Wait a day (max) for the update of wikis and pages.
